State High Court Reinstates $7M Jury Verdict for Passenger Injured in Potentially Avoidable Crash

Last week, the state high court affirmed the jury’s verdict, finding the evidence presented could lead a juror to reasonably infer that Furr’s failure to keep a proper lookout and/or failure to yield to another car was a proximate cause of the accident.
