“We fundamentally disagree with the idea this court made any errors,” Latham & Watkins partner Larry Buterman said after a federal jury ruled in favor of his client U.S. Soccer Federation in an antitrust case brought by the North American Soccer League. “NASL does not have a legitimate basis to get that decision overturned on appeal.”
