7th Circuit Chief Judge Diane Sykes to Take Senior Status

Sykes, who joined the Seventh Circuit in 2004 after serving on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, was reportedly on President Donald Trump’s shortlist of judges to replace Justice Antonin Scalia.
