A Texas man received a $411 million verdict for injuries sustained while working for Brock Industries at a Phillips 66 refinery in Louisiana. It is the largest award to a single plaintiff in the state’s history, according to Roland Christensen of Arnold & Itkin, and Valdivia’s lead attorney.
