“Respectfully, no objective review of the facts could result in a shrug of the shoulders to allow a competitive builder to use the power of the grand jury, the office of the County Prosecutor, and law enforcement resources at his disposal to investigate and prosecute a competitive business,” defense lawyer Christopher Adams said in seeking the state takeover of the case.
