Michael Rust and Nicole Leet of Gray Rust St. Amand Moffett & Brieske won summary judgment for QuikTrip in a premises liability lawsuit over a shooting during a carjacking attempt. Plaintiffs attorneys said they will appeal the case to the Eleventh Circuit.
