Tirado, a pro bono client of Sidley Austin, filed a claim against Minneapolis, Police Chief Medaria Arradondo, Police Union President Robert Kroll and four unnamed officers in Minnesota District Court that alleged violations of her First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights, conspiracy against constitutional rights, and common-law battery.
