The 41 UBE jurisdictions have cut scores ranging from 260 to 280 with the largest cluster—now at 17 jurisdictions with Colorado, which includes Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon and Texas—at 270, according to the National Conference of Bar Examiners website.
