“Here you had the PGA Tour and LIV Golf in this yearlong legal battle where each party was suing the other party. Whatever they were doing to reach their agreement was done extraordinarily secretly. I didn’t hear of any leaks [to the media] or things like that,” antitrust attorney James Fishkin said.
