6th Circuit Rules 'Explicitly Racist' Group's Religious Status in Prison Was Improperly Denied

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reversed a ruling denying religious recognition to a white supremacy religious group, previously labeled “explicitly racist” by the court, within prisons in the state of Michigan.
