Eastman has continued practicing law as part of a team of attorneys representing U.S. House Republicans Matt Gaetz of Florida and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia in a lawsuit accusing the California cities of Riverside and Anaheim of canceling rallies they were scheduled to appear at in 2021 because of the politicians’ pro-Trump views.
