The House Judiciary Committee has filed a supplemental brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit regarding the committee’s litigation to access grand jury material in the Mueller report. The court directed the parties to file briefs regarding whether the committee has standing to pursue the litigation. The document is available here and below.
