On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the House Rules Committee will hold a hearing on reforming the War Powers Resolution.
The committee will hear testimony from Rebecca Ingber, a professor at Cardozo Law School and senior fellow at the Reiss Center on Law and Security at NYU Law School; Tess Bridgeman, the co-editor-in-chief of Just Security and a senior fellow at the Reiss Center; and John Bellinger III, the former legal adviser to the State Department and the National Security Council.
