The IRAC Challenge – A Framework for Analytical Success is a course designed to help law students and practictioners sharpen their legal skills.
Whether you are studying for a class, preparing for an exam, creating a class outline or working on a matter for your employer, analyzing and summarizing case law is an important component of that exercise. The IRAC Challenge course will provide you with an overview of the IRAC methodology – a time-tested approach that helps law students and practitioners analyze cases. Additionally, the course provides a systematic approach to mastering case analysis.
Although there are no prerequisites, participants that have at least started their first year legal research and writing course will benefit the most.
