ABA: Students Can Now Earn Up to 50% of Credits Remotely for JD

Raising the number of distance education credits permitted without the need for a substantive change application will give law schools flexibility to offer more credits via distance education than were allowed under the standards, according to Daniel Thies, council member, now vice chair.
