Former Paul Hastings Latin America practice head Michael Fitzgerald, who is considered a pioneering U.S.-based lawyer in Latin America, is moving to Baker McKenzie along with two long-time collaborators, partners Joy Gallup and Arturo Carrillo, a counsel and several associates.
