Law firms including Ropes & Gray, Dinsmore & Shohl, and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker were awarded fees for their work advocating for Atlanta-based LabMD. FTC lawyers argued against any award, saying the agency’s positions were “substantially justified” throughout the enforcement action.
