A spokesperson for Texas’ Jackson Walker said the firm is “on track” for a record-breaking year, even as it has coped over the last year with fallout from news that a former bankruptcy partner was engaged in a romantic relationship with a former bankruptcy judge in Houston who presided over many cases involving the firm.
