In Early Challenge to University Vaccine Policies, GMU Law Professor Sues to Block 'Coercive' Requirement

The federal suit lodged by GMU Antonin Scalia Law School Professor Todd Zywicki centers on the argument that he has already “acquired robust natural immunity” from previously contracting COVID-19 and that his immunologist has “advised him that, based on his immunity status and personal medical history, it is medically unnecessary to undergo a vaccination procedure at this point.”
