U.S. deputy attorney general Jeffrey Rosen said the Department of Justice is continuing to look at the tech industry over antitrust issues. Also, Pacific Investment Management Company said an in-house lawyer’s claims of gender and racial discrimination and its alleged frat environment are “sensationalized and unfounded.”
