“The simple fact remains that all Roundup attorneys and plaintiffs have benefitted from MDL leadership’s efforts,” lead counsel wrote in a Thursday filing. They responded to more than a dozen law firms that objected to an 8.25% holdback on their settlements with Monsanto for “common benefit” fees.
