Massachusetts AG Reaches Settlement With Nursing Home That Failed to Use 'Basic' COVID-19 Procedures

The nursing home, Sea View, and its owner must pay the state a total of $175,000, in addition to not owning or running a long-term care or assisted living facility again in Massachusetts, according to an announcement made by state Attorney General Maura Healey.
