NY State Bar Wants to Weigh in to 2nd Circuit on Unshielding Claims Against Prosecutors

The New York State Bar Association argues that a federal trial court judge erred when he held that people who file disciplinary complaints against attorneys have a First Amendment right to access related hearings, records and some final dispositions.
