“I do think it speaks to the idea that [although] we have become more mobile in our work habits … we have to make sure we continue to think about what should and should not be discussed in a public forum,” said University of Notre Dame Law School professor Veronica Root Martinez, who kicked off a viral Twitter thread Friday about lawyers and other professionals breaching confidentiality in public settings.
