Second Circuit's Reprimand May Not End Saga of Attorney Booted From Oral Arguments

The Second Circuit grievance panel said that the attorney, Todd Bank, had violated a provision of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, which bars a “lawyer before a tribunal” from engaging in “undignified or discourteous conduct.”
