Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights Holds Hearing on Executive Privilege

On Tuesday, August 3, at 2:30 p.m., the Senate Committee on the Judiciary’s Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights will hold a hearing on the principles and practice of executive privilege and congressional oversight. Members of the committee will hear the testimony of Kate Shaw, professor at Yeshiva University; Jonathan Shaub, professor at the University of Kentucky; Mark Rozell, dean of the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University; and Jennifer Mascott, professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
