The road map for Pérez-Llorca is diverging from that of its top Spanish rival, Uri a Menendez, which opted to close its New York office in June and shied away from an acquisition in Mexico during the COVID-19 pandemic. But more Spanish firms are expected to seek tie-ups in Mexico.
