The Democratic Party of Georgia has joined with the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Commmittee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and others to contest ballot order statutes in three potential 2020 battleground states — Georgia, Texas, and Arizona — that permit candidates of the most recently elected governor’s party to appear first on the ballot.
