The suit names as defendants Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Red Lion Hotels Corp., Motel 6 Corp. and The Blackstone Group, among others. The defendants argue that the suit fails to establish they participated in a “venture” under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act, or that they benefited, knowingly or otherwise, from a TVPRA venture.
